Ten years ago, debilitating hot flushes, anxiety and brain fog hit me out of the blue.

Because of my history of breast cancer, HRT wasn't an option and I found myself searching for answers elsewhere. My symptoms became so severe that they ultimately led to me losing my corporate career.

Determined to understand what was happening to my body, I immersed myself in the science of nutrition, hormones and healthy ageing. That journey led me to retrain in clinical nutrition and build a practice dedicated to helping women navigate menopause with confidence.
